Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors will be required to sign a License to Publish agreement.
- Author Retention: Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the Journal the right of first publication.
- Grant of Rights: By publishing in the African Journal of Economics and Business Research (AJEBR), authors grant the Journal a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, display, and distribute the work in all formats (print and digital).

All articles published in African Journal of Economics and Business Research (AJEBR) are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
- Permitted Use: This license permits others to copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the work, provided the original work and source are appropriately cited.
- Author Benefits: This ensures maximum dissemination and impact of the research while protecting the author's right to be credited for their work.
- Author Warranties
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the authors warrant that:
- The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

- Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal website) at any stage of the process:
- Pre-print: Version before peer review.
- Post-print: Version accepted for publication.
- Publisher’s Version: The final PDF version as published by the journal.
