East African Journal of Biophysical and Computational Sciences

East African Journal of Biophysical and Computational Sciences (EAJBCS) whose ISSN (Online): 2789-3618 and ISSN (Print): 2789-360X is a double-blind peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Hawassa University, College of Natural and Computational Sciences. The Journal is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform devoted to publishing high-quality, recent, and valuable advancements in the fields of natural sciences. The Journal invites submissions from different geographical contexts and disciplines to advance knowledge related to physics, chemistry, geology, biology, & veterinary medicine. The manuscript originating from related disciplines such as biotechnology, sport science, statistics, and mathematics may also be accepted based on their interdisciplinary relevance. The Journal encourages publications of both scholarly and industrial papers on various themes, with the aim of giving innovative solutions to the challenges in the natural sciences. It encourages the publishing of open access academic journals on a regular basis, presumably biannual. The Journal publishes original research articles, critical reviews, mini-reviews, short communications, case reports related to the specific themes and a variety of special issues, all in English. The Journal, operates under the Creative Commons open access license (CC BY-NC 4.0), does not charge fees for publishing an article, thereby providing opportunities for researchers from all socioeconomic backgrounds, regardless of their financial status.  This helps to promote academic research, particularly among resource-limited researchers, and serves as a mechanism to give back to society through the dissemination of scientific knowledge. The journal (EAJBCS) is indexed in reputable databases including AJOLDOAJCABI Abstracts, and FAO AGRIS, and it is also nationally accredited with a Grade B ranking.
